I was at the local Wally World yesterday (White House, TN), picking up some supplies for the holiday weekend, and took a side trip back to their outdoor section just to see if there was anything I just *had* to have.

They had Mountain House entrees for $4.88--by far the cheapest I've seen them anywhere. So yeah, I picked up a few Stroganoff and Chili Mac packs. And in the grocery section, the Spam Lite singles were 99 cents.

I've occasionally seen Mtn House for $5.50 for some of the entrees, but usually they cost more than six bucks apiece. Thought it was a pretty good deal, so I'll probably pick up a couple of them every week when I'm doing the grocery shopping.

I'll have to check ours for the Spam singles. I don't do Mountain House, but that is a good price.

I always pick up my Mountain House at Walmart. Some are $4.88 some are $5.88 or so. The lasagna tends to be higher than spaghetti or chili mac. If you are lucky you can sometimes find the chicken breasts....

I like the terryaki chicken and rice too. Those prices sound cheaper than I've been paying at Walmart, I'll have to pay my local store a visit tomorrow and see.
