This year the annual meeting will be in Coker Creek which is a nice little spot near the BMT that supports the BMT but probably couldn't be called a town. Registration for those interested is here: http://www.bmta.org/AnnualMeeting-2011.php
I (http://www.bmta.org/AnnualMeeting-2011.php)t is a nice low key event with a dinner and live entertainment plus a speaker - which is usually something very interesting. There are also group hikes on the BMT and other trails, usually to highlight some special spots along the trail. My wife and I have our reservations and look forward to seeing some old friends there.
