I have Gregory Triconi pack in size large and the supplied waist belt was always too big (or I'm too skinny :-?). I sent an email to Gregory's warranty department explaining this and a day later they sent me out a new waist belt size medium, no questions asked, no charge, shipping covered! :bananaI was wicked impressed. I thought with a big company like they have become I wouldn't get half the response!
