Anyone have any suggestions for a good GPS that has the AT on it?

Get a droid phone 2.2 or newer. I'm on the AT now, and it works great.

When people say GPS, I say Garmin, but......

In this case I assume you are not going off trail over hill and dale calling in artillery, finding a fishing hole on a large lake, or trying to drive around a big city......

So what do you really want this GPS for? How accurate does it have to be?

There are several good GPS and Mapping programs for the doid operating system. Here are the ones I am using.

Google Earth
Google maps
Tricorder (although this is just compass and gps data)
and OruxMaps (This is the one I recomend for the AT because you can download maps and use them when you don't have cell service.)
