Hey there everyone,

I'm looking to hike from Culver's Gap to Delaware Water Gap in September. Can anyone tell me how the water's looking in that section lately / that time of year in general? Any input appreciated.

Thanks,
alphaPig

I'd say there will be plenty of water. They had record snow fall 2010/2011 and still getting alot of rain latley.

peace
Beeobee

We are definitely not in a drought. Plenty of rain all summer long. Flash flood warnings have been common over the past 2-3 weeks. While in the area you can turn off the trail about a mile north of Millbrook Rd and visit Camp Nobebosco AKA "Camp Crystal Lake"- Friday the 13th the original. If you were a real fan of the movie the diner is only a few miles down Millbrook Rd.

If you'll click on the New Jersey month-to-date precipitation departure from normal link, you'll see there's been an abundance of rain.
