Seedhouse SL2 or Hubba Hubba?? HELP??

Well, that is my question, I looked at the North Face Rock 22, I really like it, and it is cheap by comparison. but it is nearly 7lbs. So I see the Hubba Hubba which looks like the same tent only 2lbs lighter. but it is twice the price. I am on REI shopping and I see the Big Agnes Seedhouse SL2. About the same price, even lighter than the Hubba hubba and about the same floor space. (But not near as much vestibule space.)

I have heard nothing but good things about the hubba hubba, but have not heard much about the seed house sl2. Can any body enlighten me to the advantages or disadvantages or some reviews on the the big Agnes.
Also, how is big agnes as far as warantee goes?

I have also looked at them, I am really stuck on the Hubba Hubba to be quiet honest, but I do not want to wish that I had purchased something else.
