Water - Sam's Gap to Kincora

I'll be leaving Sam's Gap on 9/23 and heading NOBO to Kincora. I have the water carrying capacity of 3 liters in a bladder for camp and 2 24oz Gatorade bottles for the day. I was curious if anyone could comment on water availability in this section. Still debating on bringing a filter or going with drops. I had a torn meniscus repaired 3 weeks ago and would like to only carry as much as needed.

Thanks in advance and I'm am curious if anyone might be doing that section during that time frame.
