Decided to give a thru hike another shot this year, only problem is I have to graduate from college first. Should I expect to see any other thru hikers leaving SOBO Aug. 1st? Sorry for putting up a new thread, I have already been looking at the spreadsheet for the register and can't find anything on it.

I'm in the same boat. August seems really late though. I graduate mid may. I'm planning on leaving SOBO early june.
When do you graduate college that you wouldn't be able to leave until August 1st?
