Small, it collapses down to about 1" by 10" by 8", with a rolled pipe that is 2.5" by 10" plus a couple small accessories.

Really?

Did you check out the link?

It's not a scam, it's a legitimate drawing for a free stove. Go to the link and you will see we are a cottage manufacturer of ultralight tents, stoves, carbon fiber poles and other accessories. There are reviews of our tents and stoves as well.

Tough crowd

Yes seriously, more for winter and late fall or early spring use. It weighs less than 2.5 lbs, can be used for heating and cooking. Very useful when the days are short. In the rockies, and far north they can be of use almost all year.

2.5 poundish range? That's like carrying an extra backpack!

It does look nice, shiny, and well made though.

Cheers!

I once used a similar sort of stove during a dog sled camping trip.
It made some serious heat as long as you kept feeding it wood. And of course getting and cutting the wood the kept us plenty warm too so it heats you inside the tent, and outside too.

SO do you just 'like' the page on FB?

This is really for hot tent camping in the deep cold winter. You hike with a pulk and set up a canvas tent and stove as a base camp and then do day hikes. Not for a long distance hike.

Yes just like on facebook or sign up for our blog mailer (double your chances with both). We try to keep posts on both (facebook + mailer) relevant, and to a minimum. You can see the amount of volume by looking at our previous blogs. Basically, we do a monthly update, product updates , specials, and occasionally just something camping or backpacking related.

Yes they can put out a lot of heat.

Believe me, someone will try to tote it on a thru hike.

Good looking stove and for deep winter camping, not much of a weight penalty and combine that with a 3 lb 3 man tent, not a weight penalty at all.

To each their own though.

Reminds me of the M-1950 Yukon Stove that I used in the Army.

Hi kevin

I found your stove a solid, simple, practical, lightweight design. Good Job, bro.

Here in Whiteblaze folks are more about hiking than camping so weight is the issue, sometimes even ounces count. I love your stove not for my hiking background but my hunting background. Hunters would love this stove. For them 3 pounds weight of stove is nothing compare to the convenience it brings to the table.

When I was a teenager I used to stay in our TIPI like base camp and cook for others who were hunting. we loved to have this stove there. Congratulations and wish you the best.

Thanks. We do focus on being lightweight, and have some options that weigh very little. I'm glad you like the tipi's. I went out with a 6 person tipi, bivy sacks and a stove, plus a load hauling pack and was still under 30 lbs. I sure understand wanting to be light though.

Reminder the stove drawing will be Dec 15th, so get your entry in if you like this sort of stuff.
