Flash Flood

[Mother Natures Son]

Today we got 4+ inches of rain within an eight hour period here in south central PA. I went near a section of the Horseshoe Trail below Ephrata and couldn't get anywhere close to the trailhead as it was under several inches of water by midday. The weather stations are reporting that the Duncannon subway is now underwater. I hope everyone at the Doyles is doing well and somehow getting through this nasty storm. Has anyone had any other close encounters with this horrible rain storm that is gripping the northeast as I write this?

Bad flash floods in Hershey area today, we had a river running through our yard and we live almost near the top of the hill. Radar had the same storms passing over my A.T. section in SGL 211 south of Rausch Gap. There are likely very serious issues in Yellow Spring and Rausch Gap right now. At least it came during the daylight today.
