My Girl friend and I are leaving Tuesday Sept. 20th on a Great adventure. We are leaving from our home in Virginia Beach, Virginia and hiking due west to the A.T. We will then travel south to Springer Mtn. From there we head west to the Hopi Reservation in Arizona to stay for a month or so. Off to SO.CAL. after that, stops along the way from AZ. include hiking the rim of the Grand Canyon, Yosimite, and YellowStone parks. Up the Pacific Trail to Washington State. Northern trail back to Maine where we plan to pick up the A.T. and head south yet again, back to Virginia. We are really hoping to hike the whole thing except a ride from Va. Beach to the Mountains so we can get away from the city limits.
