A zip file with the ATC 2009 trail centerline track points (lat,lon) is available with USGS elevation data for each point. USGS DEM data is 80% 10m data and 20% 3m data (LiDAR). The zip file is described at

The data has been used to construct trail elevation profiles between shelters
