Is there a way to cross over from the Sugarland Mtn Trail over to the Chimney Tops Trail? I will be staying at the Mt. Collins shelter and then heading out on the SMT. I am interested in cutting over to the Chimney top trail and then hitting the Road Prong Trail to catch a ride on 441 near the Loopty Loop.
If I can't cut over there, I guess I have to hike down to Huskey Gap Trail.
Any advice is appreciated.
