Does anyone know what the temp was a springer last night. I hiked there from amicacola and it was cold and the wind was howling all night. I have no idea what the temp was but would like to know for future reference, thanks Git Bear.
Mid 30s. It was 39 at Grassy Gap 16 miles up the trail.
I'm hoping it warms some, I'll be there Thursday night and heading north. I'm not wishing for cold temps yet.

well in mid 30's
speaking of chilly... I was at addis gap friday night and plumorchard shelter saturday night. Wind was constant, at least 30 mph sustained most of the night. Was very chlly. On sunday mid morning, the hike up Kelly Knob ( i think, was right after bly gap) was extremely blustery.
