...and wants to do a good deed?

There was a wedding tonight in the gazebo across from the ATC office. Just before the ceremony the groom realized the ring had fallen out of his pocket. It's probably in the grass around the gazebo or between the gazebo and the ATC building. About 2 dozen people were looking to no avail.

Apparently it is quite a special custom ring and needless to say they were heartbroken. They'll be out again tomorrow morning looking for it. If anyone can help I'm sure they'd appreciate it.

Have you found it finally? Actually, metal detectors can be rent in many places.

I don't know if it ever was found. I happened to be there after a day-hike over Center Point Knob and joined in the search. They did go through with the wedding ceremony but the bride didn't look too happy. I felt bad for them and I hope the ring was eventually found.
