I'm looking to buy a used Arcteryx Bora 80 and I'm trying to find a pack that's made entirely in Canada. My last (a Bora 95) was made in Canada and the Phillipines (I think. One of those pacific islands). As I recall the bag was overseas while the frame/yoke & belt was Canadian-production.What year did Arcteryx start outsourcing their work?

I've got a pristine Bora 95 (L) navy blue in color, Canadian made. It's a little dusty is all. been in my gear closet for 4 years

Thanks 4eyed.

Tabasco, nice pack. I used the 95 (also a tall frame) in Alaska. It was just too damn big (volume-wise). I wish they still made the Bora 65 or a (preferably) 75 for men.

I have an Arcteryx Needle 45 climbing pack that is circa 2009 and is 100% made in Canada. I believe the Boras were until 2009 as well.

My Bora 40 will hold 5 days worth of stuff. I can't imagine needing a 95.

Oh really? Nice! I've found a 2008 model I'm hoping to buy. If the price is right, I'll make do with the overseas stuff, but a bigger bonus if it's 100% North American made.

Wow! Mind if I asked for a detailed packing list? I'd love to be able to get an idea of how to pack 5 days of stuff in a 40L pack.
