How far is it From Springer to Mountain Crossing? miles/days How bad? What can I expect? Gonna Start putting something together for the Spring. Any info would be Helpful. Can I park a Car at Mountain Crossing for a Few days while going from Springer to MC?
About 30 miles, give or take. Three days, Four if you do the Approach Trail. Once on Springer, not a bad hike. Gets kinda steep heading up Blood Mountain, overall, not bad.

Probably 2 nights. Possibly 3, so plan enough food for that. Can't park at Mountain Crossings anymore, but a parking lot is just 1/3 mile N of there.

I agree it is not a bad hike. I didn't find the ascent as bed as coming down. It's different for everyone for sure. But overall it was pretty tame.
