Is there any where on this site that I can find a list of the oldest thru hikers that have completed the AT? I'd love to know the oldest ages of both the men and women. Also like to find the age of the youngest male and female thru hikers.

The site says "Only 11 thru-hike completions have been reported by hikers age 70 or over". Better change that to 8, I summited on 9/7/11 with "Pilgrim" who was 70.

I was surprised to see that only 11 thru-hikes have been done age 70 and over. It seems to me that I see many reports of people who do thru-hikes at retirement age (mid 60's). If this is correct, the it seems that there must be a huge drop off of thru hikers from mid 60's to age 70+? Is that true?
