My son and I are hiking from Neal's Gap to Amicalola Falls starting the end of this week. From what I have read on WB and by contacting recent hikers, there is plenty of water from Woody Gap SOBO.

Can any recent hikers confirm water between Neal's Gap and Woody Gap?

Thanks,

Papa G

There is water at Jarrard Gap although slow. Water is running at Lance Creek. Woody Gap remains dry, however there was a seep running between Woody Gap and Ramrock Mtn on Friday.

Water is no problem between Woody Gap and AFSP. There are no sources between Justus Creek and Hawk Mtn Shelter so fill up at Justus.

We left a water stash at woody gap which proved to be a good idea. The spring after Big Cedar was not running so we had enough water to get Lance creek from our stash.
