Marmot Membrain Sleeping Bags

I'm looking for feedback on user experience with Marmot Membrain Sleeping Bags. Helium or Lithium in particular.

I'm looking to pick up a new bag and appreciate the idea, just concerned with their ability to breath and manage internal moisture.
