Never dealt with them, but have to say this, at least they give a REAL actual street address and apparently a REAL phone number. So many online vendors give you NOTHING. A generic email address and maybe a cell number are NOTHING when it comes to disputes. I always wonder what they are hiding and why, when they want your money, but refuse to give you any real info about them.
