I know about this page to find snow depth information for the Smokies:

http://www.srh.noaa.gov/data/MRX/RTPMRX

But wasn't there a webpage, maybe also NOAA, that had a graphical screen where you could select your region or county and get snow depth information for various mountains?

I'm looking for snow information for NC south of the Smokies and I thought I saw it on here sometime in the past but a search hasn't turned up anything. Maybe I dreamed it. :)

Nevermind.... I found it. For anyone else interested:

http://weatherunderground.com/

Pick the state on the map. (North Carolina, for example)
Pick the area (Andrews)
Under the local rader you will find "Snow Depth"

Mt Mitchell has 12".

Not quite what you asked for, but WeatherCarrot's "Average A.T. Annual Snowfall" maps are at:

This is great for seeing what the current snowdepth is. It would also be nice to see something like average and max snowdepth for different months to help in planning.
