That ad is a little confusing, why are they showing a 9V and all the reviews are on 9V. That's a great price for 8 AAA but not for a 9V.

You can choose which type and pack size you want. If you choose AA, the proper photo shows up.

To save on listing space, Amazon tends to group all one style of battery on the same page, and then list the different voltage/quantities as "sizes".

So some of the reviews will be for the 9V, some will be for AAA. To get the AAA, click AAA under the Size portion, then 8 under Unit Count. The order will then be for an 8-pack of AAA (or, from what I can tell from the packaging, more likely 2x4-pack).
