SNP Shakedown hike

Hey guys, I am thinking on hiking the SNP from Front Royal, Va. south to Waynesboro this April. Can anyone give me an insight as to how long I should plan for to do this. I am not speed hiking, but I don't want to take six weeks either! I want a decent long distance multi night test for my gear and my head to see how they will react! Thanks!

Thanks guys. I was hoping to hear that. Looks like a nice hike, the interactive map at the ATC looks pretty nice. I have spent time in the park before, just not end to end at once.
