Know a guy that has a new WM Flash hooded jacket that he wants to get rid of for $230. Think it was like $270 retail. I'd like to hear some reviews on this jacket...I'm 6' 175 lb. with kinda long arms. I've heard these are cut a little large, but I could probably live with that. Are they durable, worth the $$, or are there better options.

I have a hooded flash jacket. Pretty sure it's an XL, and at 6-2 and 210 with long arms and torso it fits me very well.

I don't think it's a very durable jacket - the fabric is very light (very very light), and you'll need to take some care in using it. Not a jacket for bushwhacking or general around town use. It's a very well made, ultralight down jacket designed specifically for long distance hiking. I think it was worth every penny, and I paid full price for it. But I use it only for backpacking, as I have a down parka for around town use.
