Here's kinda a brutal post on that page: "This stuff has been tried several times by other brands. You can even turn your own down gear into 'waterproof' with a wash-in treatment from Nikwax that has been around for over a decade. This is only new marketing not new technology. And you fell for it."

Any truth to this after-market claim? Because if so, I may be interested as I'm not in the market for swapping out all my good old down bags!
