The Michigan Tech Husky Pep Band does a similar cheer at hockey games.

e^x dx dy e^x dx
sec cos tan sin 3.14159
pi pi radical mu
Beat em' Beat em' MTU!

If you want a real engineers cheer we also had this doosie:

We are, we are, we are, we are, we are the engineers.
We can, we can, we can, we can drink all of forty beers.
Drink up, drink up, drink up, drink up, and come along with us,
for we don't give a damn for any man who don't give a damn for us.

There are many, many more verses at the pep band website (http://www.fa.mtu.edu/~dawgs/w_engineers.htm)

I did, as it was the last day of classes. I doubt my students did, as today some of them have a final exam.

I remember showing up at work one day and finding this notice on the bulletin board next to the coffee machine:

"Did you realize early this morning was 1:23:45 6-7-89?"

(For non geek-speak that's 1:23 am and 45 seconds June 7th, 1989)

oh where oh where do we find the time for this stuff...:jump

franklooper-"At 1:59:26.53589793238462643383279, yeah."That is correct, and from memory, believe it or not, the next ten digits are: 5028841971

Yeah, but I've got an uglier MRI, almost guaranteed.
