pretty good read. You don't need a kindle either, you can download software from amazon

I think it's the first book I should have read about the AT, and now that it's written I'm lucky I got to read it before I leave on my thru-hike. It was unique, helpful, not just a trail journal but talks about the psychological and mental preparation needed to complete a thru-hike.

Thanks for the post - always looking for a different perspective on a thru... No doubt it's more mental than physical. Looking forward to the read.
