I've hiked that whole region, and in some cases I've done the same "day's worth" of hiking you are proposing.

For an experienced hiker, I would think all these segments are doable with the only question mark being the 21.4 mile day.
The trails in SNP are very well maintained and the hills aren't that bad. 21.4 miles is still a long hike, and I would only try
it when the days are longer, with an early start in the morning.

I have yet to do a 20+ mile day so as a goal of mine I would really like to do that 21.4 on day 2. I plan on hiking all daylight hours if needed and I am going just after spring daylight savings.

The elevation on day 2 doesn't look to bad on paper but paper isn't the same as hiking.

The maps in SNP are very accurate (unlike some other parts of the trail). There should be no surprises.

I recall a couple of good hills after Pine Field Hut, but don't remember how
much the elevation gain is. Also, it's a respectable climb going from Smith Roach Gap up to High Top Hut.

You might want to have a "plan B", of staying at Pine Field Hut.
