The Big Agnes Fly Creek UL2 is on sale at Backcountry.com for $295.96. Any opinions on this tent? Seems to be getting good reviews and is pretty light weight. Also, has anyone bought from Backcountry.com before? Any good/bad experiences with customer service?

I have a Fly Creek UL2 and would definitely recommend it if you're using it as a solo shelter. For two people I think it would be a really tight fit. My only complaints are the front entry and the large number of stakes required to get a good pitch, but despite that it's still really easy and quick to set up. Some people complain of water running in from above the door when you have to get in or out during a storm.

I have it and use it as a sole with my dog. Plenty of room for the two of us. I like it alot. I also bought a backpack last summer from backcountry and was quite happy with them.

I have a fly creek UL 2 but just got it for christmas this year and have only been able to take it out once so far, unfortunately. but it will be set up this weekend!! its a little less durable than I am used to, but its also one of (if not the) lightest 2 man tents on the market. i'll just have to be careful if the dogs come.

i've ordered from backcountry before and didnt have a problem.

It' tight and light! I bought mine at HumbleOutdoors.com for $325 w/free footprint. I still marvel that a two man tent can be so light.

I have one with footprint that I would sell for $240.00 I've only used it 6 or 7 times. Let me know if interested. Recently bought a LHG So-Long 6.
