Finally ! The mild winter we've so far been having will step aside tomorrow for more seasonal weather .
The Roanoke Valley is forecast to get 5-8 inches of snow . The entire 500 miles of AT through Virginia will have snow cover this time tomorrow. Break out the snowshoes.

We got about 7'' out here in some places. The counties will plow some roads, so it really does depend where you're headed.

It was really pretty this morning with maybe 5" on the ground and sticking to the trees. It was almost gone this afternoon on the way home from work.
Send some our way. I do snow removal in the winter. It's been a very slow year. :(
