Is there any company that rents more or less complete sets of equipment for hiking, preferably near Damascus, VA? I may invite some friends to go hiking and I'm not sure how much equipment they'll have and buying everything for 1 trip seems expensive, even though we could probably sell everything afterwards. It doesn't have to be ultralight, but like the lightest stuff REI would carry.
