I used this bag and pad combination on a 10 day section hike last summer. They have both been cleaned and are in great shape. I think the bag is 30 degrees and the thermarest is one of the green inflatable types, full size. I can get you a lot more details on request. It's probably around 50, 60 dollars worth of gear. Certainly not cutting edge, but great for someone just getting started (like I was last Summer)
The catch:
I want the bag and the pad to go to a kid who has an interest in hiking/backpacking. I'd be perfectly happy if it went to a boy scout troop in need of gear or a YMCA or anything like that. So if you know a kid or have a kid that needs gear to get started, or know of an organization that needs gear....let me know.
