I am starting plans for the ALDHA (http://www.aldha.org/) Reception at Trail Days (http://traildays.us/index.php?id=13). Who is volunteering and who is donating this year? Please email me at [email protected].
Menu will be the same as last year. Am contacting same persons who donated from Damascus last year.
Need from ALDHA friends - fruit, pastries, powdered drink mix (preferably lemonade), chips, peanut butter, Lettuce, tomato, mayo in squeeze bottle. Cash donations can be mailed to ALDHA Treasurer. Please note ALDHA reception on note line. 15635
Need volunteers to make and serve sandwiches, slice produce, manage trash, count visitors, mix beverage.
