Been practicing the pitch on my new CSUL2 and discovered how easy it is to keep your gear dry when setting the tent up in the rain. By using the footprint/poles and fly you can first pitch the tent without the tent body (BA calls this the Fast Fly option). This is actually pretty cool with a HUGE area underneath the fly with two large vestibules and two doors. Once this is erected simply spread the tent body on the footprint, clip in the four corners underneath the footprint pole grommets, clip in the center overhead clip and then attach the twist clips. Voila....all of this is done UNDERNEATH the fly. All that is left is to tension the fly and add stakes if necessary.

VERY nice design with excellent headroom and steep walls so most of the tent is useable. BA really put a lot of thought into this one !!
