Yes It was cold. Had a good crowd at the shelter, I bet about 18 folks. Several thrus had 45 degree bags and said they were very cold all night. Sat night at Bryant Ridge shelter it was packed not a spot on the floor anywhere to squeeze another hiker, and that is a big shelter!

I was at Gravel Springs that night in a hammock with pad and 15* down bag and i was cold, too 38* by morning Used my foil emergency blanket on top and finally got warm

Was around 30 at Riga lean-to in CT wednesday night... 28 with 17mph wind at my campsite thursday. 38 would have been nice.
