Does anyone know if and what part of the store wal mart carries powdered eggs? I looked all over and couldn't find any! Any pancake recipes without eggs? I was just gonna use bis quick with Nido and powdered eggs but I can't find the powdered eggs.

I have used Hungry Jack Easy Pack Buttermilk Pancake Mix. Just add water. It's a 7 oz. packet. Here's a link to Hungry Jack's page for that mix.

Never seen powdered eggs at Walmart. I have found the OvaEasy Eggs at my local Sportsman's Warehouse. They are fantastic. You can also get them at Amazon.com...

In some Walmarts camping sections you can find some egg based breakfast meals. Order powdered eggs on line via Amazom or Honeyvillegrain.com

You can use ground flax seed as an egg replacer in bread/pancake/muffin etc recipes. Use 1 tbsp ground flax seed and 1 tbsp water per egg that you're replacing. Gives things a bit of a "whole grain" flavor but I enjoy it.
