Getting to Erwin

Well - it looks like I'm going to have to delay my start a week. I'm planning on renting a car and driving to Erwin and beginning there. So - what towns are nearby that I might be able to return a car to? And what's a good way to get to Erwin from there? Thoughts? I know you all have the answers!!

Looks like I'll be arriving in Erwin on April 23rd 24th.

Owl is correct. If you get in touch with Janet (423-743-1932) and let her know about your arrival, she'll be hapy to meet you and take you anywhere you want to go. Erwin is a short drive from where you'll be droping off your rental car.

I just googled the airport and hooked up with a rental car company - will call Miss Janet this week and set that up too!
