Water Supply On A.T. From Roanoke,VA 25 miles South

I will be taking a couple of day backpacking trip from Roanoke, VA south and wondered what water conditions are like. In the past, I have had some difficulty finding water around Lamberts Meadow and want to make sure that I don't run out of water in that area.
