I bought a Katahdin Scoop and Go water bottle from EMS last year. I have to say it's great...it basically does the filtering as you suck through the straw. The only thing I'm a little concerned about is the bit of iodine taste. Does anyone have any info on the effects of iodine in this bottle?...I know using iodine to purify your water should only be used in emergencies....
