Suppose you've been hiking for many days without having the nutrients that come from vegetables. You get to a grocery store and decide to buy a head of cabbage to cook and eat in town (or out of town, but that might be too much weight). They have both purple and green cabbage. You're only allowed to buy one head. Which would you choose?
