trail rat and is trusty side kick sparky will be doing the shenandaoh nat park AT.is there any restocking points in park close to trail? also we will be starting out at rock fish gap on fri the 29 of may if any body is in the park come and say hi we will be going north to front royel? how is the trail? later trail rat :p undefined

trail in SHNP is easy i did 20 miles the first day and i started at 4:30 pm,resupply
every day i stopped at a camp store at one of the campgrounds,had breakfast at skyline lodge on morning,you can buy pizza,ice cream,soda,anything
i did one 30 mile day also,so dont worry about resupply,plus really easy hiking
