Oregon, Mount Hood and Washington, Mount Saint Helens hiking

I am going to to Mount Hood and Saint Helens soon. Can anyone recommend good hikes, shuttle people, or any tips for these areas ?

One additional suggestion -- If you enjoy beach hiking, consider spending a day at Long Beach, WA. You can walk for miles along one of the most beautiful beaches on the west coast.
