Hello Hikers,
The Award Winning Documentary titled "Appalachian Impressions" will be screened at the New York International Independent Film and Video Festival on Friday April 29th at 2:00 in NYC at Village East Cinema (181 2nd Ave at 12th St.). Earlier this month Appalachian Impressions won an award for Excellence in Videography. I guess the 15 pound tripod paid off?
So, if anyone is in NYC next weekend and want to come to the screening, please do. It's free! See everyone at Trail Days 2005.

I bought your film at Mountain Crossings on April 7th, after my section hike from Springer to Unicoi Gap. I must say, IMO, it is the best AT film I have ever seen. Loved it. My kids loved it. (It let them see what I "do" out there.)

I met you(Teej)at the Gathering in NH in 2003. Sorry you won't be at Traildays. I am looking forward to seeing that wild weekend on film. Keep up the good work of the Katahdin hikers finishing. :)

Hey Mark..........got the dvd's and watched them this past weekend. They were great. For someone who has not hiked the trail yet (gonna do georgia in September), it gave me a great preview of what's out there. Thanks much.
