i put 500 (CDT)miles on a pair this past july. a bit heavy when wet, a bit slow to dry, started to fall apart right around 450 miles but are still going strong on day hikes now. they're comfortable, good footbed, i used the insoles they came with, no blisters. i also found that toesocks work great to prevent your pinky toe from getting all nasty if you have that problem, seems alot of hikers do.

I started out with the sawthooth shoe never had any sorts of problems at all. We our a oboz family my wife still wears the sawthooth me i have gone through the midsawthooth and now wearing the wind river. I wear all my oboz with yoursole inserts due to me having PF.

I have about 400 miles on a pair. They are by far, the best hiking shoe I have ever used.
