Not going to be exactly along the trail but somewhat close. Bristol TN/VA will soon be getting both Bass Pro Shop and Cabela's stores.

Bass Pro Shop will be near the junction of US-11W & I-81 inside TN. And Cabela's near I-81 exit 5 in Virginia.

I just wish they would put in a Damn Guitar Center. Boston Market, Popeye's, and Steak N Shake would be nice too.

That will be great! We will no longer have to drive to Sevierville to go to BPS! I had heard a while back that they were supposed to put a BPS in Gray but haven't heard anything about it in months.

Amazing that BPS would pick the TN side with a near 10% sales tax, they will compete with Cabella's on the VA side with a 3% sales tax.

There are already two BPS in VA (Hampton Roads and Richmond).

But then again, with the Bristol store and 2nd Memphis store, that makes 5 in TN...

Uh, Dude, you don't get the magnitude of this. Richmond is 4.5-5 hrs away. There is more to Virginia than the mass populated areas of Richmond and the coast. We are constantly left out in this part of the state. No wonder people think were all backwoodsy; we just got a Cheddars in town last year.

There's thirteen hundred and fifty two guitars pickers in Nashville.
And they can pick more notes than the number of ants on a Tennessee anthill.

A Cabela's opened last year in South Charleston, WV. There was a lot of cool stuff there, but the prices were sky high.

I used to love going to the discount area of Cabelas in Ne.
