Tucker Johnson Shelter near Maine Jct in Vermont was destroyed by "gross negligence" in March 2011. Justin Caissie was sentenced to home detention and fined $6,390. I wonder if we will ever see that money paid?
He also stated that he was not thinking clearly because he was high on meth.
