^I believe they will. My other hobby has caused me to buy a large amount of tools, and while Harbor Frieght doesn't have many quality tools, they do have a lot of tools. Any time I've needed something from them---they have bent over backwards to get me something.

For what you would use this tool for, HF is a great place to get it. Ask them to order it--I'm sure they will--and they shouldn't charge you shipping.
