Any thoughts on NOBO then turn around and do SOBO in a calendar year?

I feel like your experiences would differ alot between the two and only you would know the contrasts.

I think many people have done it but I've never heard how it felt for them. It's an interesting thought. I think Different Socks (WB member) is going to do it sometime.

i sorta kinda did that. in 98 i walked georgia to big island, va. then helped a speed hiker til he quit in vermont then got a ride to katahdin in late june the walked SOBO to georgia. of all my LD hikes i liked SOBO the best
