WiFi access in Damascus?

Is there any place with wireless internet access in Damascus? An internet cafe of sorts? I know the library has its machines, but I might need to use some applications on my laptop when I'm down there for Trail Days.

I don't know if they would allow me to plug into the library's system while I'm there. Thanks.
